Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripe avocado notes: peeled and pitted
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice notes: freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Water notes: adjust for desired consistency
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro notes: chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add the avocado, lime juice, water, olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and fresh cilantro to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more water if necessary.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning to preference.
  • Serve immediately over salads or as a dip for veggies.

Notes

For a zesty twist, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a drizzle of honey. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
