Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Avocados notes: ripe, pitted, and peeled
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley notes: chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives notes: chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice notes: freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt notes: or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper notes: freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil notes: optional, for extra creaminess
  • Vegetable sticks for serving notes: such as carrots, celery, and cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the avocados into a food processor.
  • Add parsley, chives, lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra parsley and chives.
  • Serve immediately with vegetable sticks.

Notes
